All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you'll get an shipment notification. Please note shipping timelines differ from order processing timelines, especially during busy seasons.

 

Lettermail 


By choosing letter mail shipping, your package will be untracked and uninsured. Please make sure you enter a correct and complete mailing address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reshipments for undelivered letter mail orders.

Free Shipping

For orders above $35 USD we offer free, tracked shipping via USPS First Class mail (3-5 Business days).

If you feel there is a quality issue with the quality of your product please reach out to our team (don't worry, we won't ghost you) by emailing hello@eufolia.com with your order # as the subject within 30 days of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our product and will handle each inquiry on a case-by-case basis with our focus being your satisfaction.

 

Lost & Non-Delivered Packages

For all orders shipped via Lettermail Untracked we do not provide refunds and/or any reshipments. If you have any questions regarding lettermail shipping please contact us hello@eufolia.com prior to placing your order.

For tracked orders please email hello@eufolia.com with your order number. We are happy to create a claim and help ensure you get what you've paid for.
